20.2.2 astrophysical_parameters_supp
This table contains additional parameters from the Apsis processing chain, compared to the main table astrophysical_parameters (see Chapter 11), from modules that produce more than one result for a parameter. It contains (1) the individual library results from GSPPhot (see Section 11.3.3), (2) FLAME results from processing GSPSpec parameters given in the astrophysical_parameters table (see Section 11.3.6), and (3) results from the GSPSpec ANN algorithm (see Section 11.3.4).
Columns description:
All Gaia data processed by the Data Processing and Analysis Consortium comes tagged with a solution identifier. This is a numeric field attached to each table row that can be used to unequivocally identify the version of all the subsystems that were used in the generation of the data as well as the input data used. It is mainly for internal DPAC use but is included in the published data releases to enable end users to examine the provenance of processed data products. A unique single numerical identifier of the source obtained from gaia_source (for a detailed description see gaia_source.source_id).
libname_best_gspphot : Name of library that achieves the highest mean logposterior in MCMC samples from GSPPhot Aeneas (string)
Name of library of synthetic stellar spectra (one of A, MARCS, OB, PHOENIX) for which GSPPhot achieves the highest goodnessoffit score (i.e. the highest mean logposterior in its MCMC samples), referred to as “best library”. This is the library used to derive GSPPhot parameters included in table astrophysical_parameters. For more information on the synthetic libraries see Section 11.2.3. This field is the same as field libname_gspphot in tables astrophysical_parameters and gaia_source.

Evolution stage of the star from FLAME. It is an integer value typically between 100 and 1300 and defined using the median value (50${}^{th}$ percentile) of the 1D projected distribution from sampling in mass and age, see mass_flame_spec for details. The value is adapted from the BASTI model grid (Hidalgo et al. 2018) adopting the following convention:

It is a function of effective temperature, surface gravity, and metallicity, and has been derived from MARCS models, see Section 11.2.3 of the online documentation, using GSPSpecbased parameters in the AstrophysicalParameter table.
The bolometric correction for the Sun is defined as +0.08 mag, see Section 11.3.6, where M${}_{\mathrm{bol},\odot}=4.74$ mag, see Section 1.2.3, i.e. M${}_{G\odot}=4.66$ mag.
