The LSF-AL is used to convolve the synthetic spectra and generate the templates. Two LSF-AL models have been estimated off-line using Principal Components Analysis (see Section 2.3.2 and Sartoretti et al. (2018) for more details). One is the on-ground LSF-AL, that has been used for the data acquired after the first decontamination at OBMT 1317, and the other, the in-flight LSF-AL has been produced with the EPSL data in order to take account of the degradation of the RVS resolution before the OBMT 1317 decontamination.
