The radial velocities in Gaia EDR3 are copied from Gaia DR2, but 0.5% of the
Gaia DR2 radial velocities were excluded. The process of evaluating the
quality and reliability of the Gaia DR2 radial velocities and of identifying
the sources in Gaia EDR3 is described in Seabroke et al. (2020).
